Santos Media Group LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the SmartFit mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Health & fitness data: To provide personalized plans we collect optional information including date of birth, sex, height, weight, fitness goals, exercise preferences, dietary preferences, and workout history.
Usage data: We log workout sessions, sets, reps, weights, personal records, food logs, and daily check-ins you enter into the App.
Device data: We may collect device type, operating system version, and crash logs solely to improve App stability.
Your health profile (goals, body measurements, equipment, limitations) is sent to OpenAI's API to generate workout and nutrition plans. This data is processed according to OpenAI's Privacy Policy. We do not use your data to train AI models.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as described in this policy (OpenAI for plan generation) or when required by law.
Community feed posts (workout completions, personal records, streaks) are visible to other members of the App. Your email address is never shown publicly.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at santosmediagroupllc@gmail.com. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of such a request.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at santosmediagroupllc@gmail.com and we will delete it.
